Configure Email Forwarding

Set up email forwarding in your email client to forward HR responses to your forwarding email address.

How to set up forwarding in Gmail

Go to Gmail Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP
Click "Add a forwarding address"
Enter your unique forwarding email shown above
Verify the forwarding address (check your email)
Create a filter to auto-forward job-related emails

Forward HR Responses

When you receive an email from a recruiter or HR:

Forward the email to your forwarding address
Or set up automatic forwarding with filters (recommended)

Pro Tip: Create email filters to automatically forward emails from specific domains (e.g., *@company.com) or by including specific patterns (HR, Job, Career)

Automatic Tracking

Once forwarded, your emails are automatically:

Parsed and analyzed
Matched to your job applications
Classified (interview, rejection, offer, etc.)
Available in your email dashboard

Test Your Setup

Send a test email to verify everything is working:

Send an email from your personal address to your forwarding email
Include a subject like "Re: Software Engineer Application"
Check the "Emails" tab to see if it was received
